While out and about on Canada Day, we always run into people we know, but this time we found someone we only know from his antics in the House of Commons. The Rt. Hon. John Baird, Minister of Foreign Affairs, was on hand to dole out flags and pins and greet some of his fellow Canadians. Knowing our family's (and extended family's) feelings about the current administration, we just had to get a picture of our brush with political notoriety. Notice that Isabelle seems patriotic yet suitably unimpressed with the whole situation. Way to go, girl!
