Le Tour Toujours

One of Daddy's favourite days of the year as the Tour de France kicks off today, setting the stage for three whole weeks of the peleton, the maillot jaune, devastating crashes and mid-boggling mountain ascents. Combine that with some scorching July temperatures here in Ottawa and he might call it the official first day of summer. And with Lance announcing that this is his final tour, it is even more special. Back when Isabelle was just a little girl (well, littler than she is now), her Dad bought her an official Lance Armstrong Discovery Channel yellow jersey. Guess who inherited it and is now the cutest junior boys cyclist on the planet?


Forget the tour, Dad, we're eating Rice Krispie Squares!
