Hot Enough for You?
The mercury is rising in the Ottawa Valley, bringing the humidity along with it! Highs this week are in the low 30s, with a humidex (yes, it exists!) reaching the mid 40s. Yikes, luckily our offices have air conditioners and our home has a basement! The kids are coping well with the heat, keeping themselves busy with kiddie pools, waterslides, and minimal clothing requirements, especially for sleeping. They would be happy to give all of you the following tips on how to beat the heat:
