Over the past few days we have had some issues with the toilet in our upstairs bathroom. Slow to flush, close to overflowing, but still working sometimes? The last thing we were looking for a few weeks before Xmas was an expensive visit from a plumber. Then we discovered that the handle was cracked so after replacing that we felt home free. Not so fast. Today we were still experiencing the same problems. With further investigation and some vigorous plunging, the culprit! A long comb dropped out of the drain back into the bowl. Anyone know of any toddlers that might have dropped this item in there for fun? We'll give you three guesses, but you won't need more than one. Next purchase for us: toilet lock!
