Isabelle was in her element today, around some of her favourite members of the animal kingdom, horseys!!! Isabelle and her Mom had a very special outing to Scotiabank Place to see the world famous Lipizzaner Stallions perform their magic live and in person. She woke up this morning knowing that horses were on today's agenda and repeatedly reminded us of that fact. She wore her Hatley horse pajamas last night and luckily a rainy day meant her matching horse raincoat was the perfect attire! Leaving her Dad with Uncle Randy to do some reno work on the house, Isabelle sported her black dress and pink boots and headed to Kanata for the show. She was far too jazzed and only had a VERY short nap en route but was running on the high energy of anticipation. Once in the arena, she saw the horses backstage and was beside herself with excitement. She absolutely loved the show and had a great time sitting on Mommy's knee watching the horses dance, jump and gallop, all things she likes to do herself around the house, and will surely do many times tomorrow as she tells multiple recounts of the show to her parents! Such a horse lover, that girl of ours. If we ever consider changing our garage into a stable, I'm sure one little girl around here wouldn't mind.

Olan is sitting here on my lap telling me about how that's Belle on the horse in the picture. :)
Maybe one day it will be!
