Farm Friends

Although Isabelle and Logan became accustomed to daily outings during their time with Kristy and Aoife, they had their first weekday road trip in a while when the class at school jumped on a bus and headed to the farm. They were both lucky to have their Moms with them for the day and certainly enjoyed snacking and laughing en route. Isabelle is an old hand at farm visits from going to the zoo near Halifax, so she was happy to show Logan how to feed corn to all the animals. Lots of space for them to run around out there, so they both loved it. It was also a nice chance to meet and get to know a few of the other parents along the way. A picnic lunch for all and soon we were piling back on the bus to ride downtown. A few hours on the farm was enough for these urbanites, back home to the familiar sounds and smells of the city!
