It's Raining, It's Pouring

A rainy night in Ottawa tonight, but Isabelle was raring to head outside and debut her latest rainwear. You see, her parents made quite the dent in the Hatley store at Tremblant last month and Isabelle, as always, reaps the rewards. In fact, she has already perfected the opening and closing of her "horsey" umbrella and doesn't concern herself with those so-called superstitions about opening one indoors!
