The Easter Bunny Rocks!

Happy Easter, everyone! We hope you had as much fun as was had around these parts, with not one, but two easter egg hunts on the agenda! Last year in Florida, that crafty Easter Bunny filled the condo with eggs and then, for good measure, ventured outside and buried several more eggs in sandcastles on the beach. Since then, Isabelle has it in her mind that Easter is not an indoor-only event. Luckily, the weather cooperated and our night-time visitor found some great places to hide eggs amongst the budding tulip beds. Logan and Isabelle first tested out their new scooters but once they discovered the prospect of more chocolate, the helmets were off and baskets were in hand as they ventured into the park with their eyes peeled. Oliver, fresh off dunking in his new basketball hoop (Raptors star point guard 2030?), was happy to tag along and follow in the big kid's footsteps. Today also saw Oliver's first full-fledged foray into the world of chocolate and if results are any indication, there is no desire to turn back whatsoever. Everyone had a super time, it's fun to see how Easter changes year after year as the little ones grow up. No need to explain the concept to Isabelle anymore, although before going to bed she whined that Easter was only one day long. That's a tradition we won't be changing anytime soon!

Happy Easter to you all! Looks like a wonderful day, does Oliver ever look cute in big O's little polo! I love seeing pics and remembering when Olan fit into those things. We've had Olan's scooter out too, they're ready for them this year!!!

This is a new scooter AGAIN this year - she managed to kill the one from last year. Totally bent the front axel (if that's what you call it). Once again, the Easter Bunny had two little ones to fashion new scooters for. Always fun though!
